About Sarah Vest

After receiving a B.S. in Sociology and M.S. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida, Sarah went on to pursue various endeavors in the business world. She worked for years in both marketing and consulting before joining forces with her husband, a lifelong summer camp professional, to found a sleepaway camp and retreat business in the Pocono Mountains.

Upon returning to Gainesville, Sarah poured her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for hard work into the world of real estate, becoming a REALTOR® with The Broxson Group. The background she brings to the field has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. Sarah specializes in many facets of the real estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first-time home buyers, helping newcomers seamlessly relocate to the area, introducing families with children attending college in Gainesville to investing in housing options, or finding a perfect new place to call home based on changing needs. Her diligence, charisma, and true dedication to her customers has helped Sarah’s reputation as a qualified REALTOR® quickly rise.

Sarah aligns herself with her company’s vision and core values of education, expertise, and results, and her clients often describe her as an excellent communicator who is proactive, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and fun to be around.

When she’s not working with customers, Sarah and her husband, Max, are enthusiastic members of the Gainesville community. They enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible, most often joined by their dogs, Penny and Louie. Sarah proudly volunteers with the Gamma Iota Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi at the University of Florida, as well as the local animal rescue. She also works with the UF Athletic Association helping serve as an academic mentor and strategy resource for student-athletes.
